XSENS XACT

Clamp-On Liquid Flow Rate & Water Cut Meter

The XSENS XACT Liquid Flow Rate & Water Cut Meter delivers 2-in-1 measurement: accurate flow rate and water cut (WLR) for oil–water mixtures. Using clamp-on ultrasonic technology, the meter installs in 2–3 hours without pipe cutting or shutdown. It measures both flow velocity (via full-bore acoustic profiling) and water cut (via Speed of Sound detection), achieving ±1% flow accuracy and ±1% absolute water cut accuracy.

Non-intrusive design ensures long-term reliability with no erosion, scaling, or waxing, making the XACT ideal for upstream, midstream, and industrial liquid measurement.

XSENS dual-purpose clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter and 0-100% water cut meter
  • 2-in-1 meter: flow rate + 0–100% water cut
  • Accuracy: ±1% of flow and ±1% abs. WLR
  • Clamp-on, non-intrusive installation (no mixers, no straighteners needed)
  • Turn-down ratio 400:1 (0.1–40 m/s velocity range)
  • Handles any viscosity (from water to heavy bunker oil)
  • Immune to pressure, sour service, or corrosive fluids
  • Outputs: 4–20 mA, Modbus, WiFi, cellular, satellite
  • ATEX / IECEx Zone 1 & 2 certified (non-certified options available)
  • Local display and remote monitoring available
