FlowMaster
Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting
The Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting is a proven system for safe and quick inspection or replacement of orifice plates without breaking or depressurizing the flow line.
With its advanced sealing system, there is no need for lubrication or greasing, reducing maintenance while ensuring long-term reliability. Designed and manufactured to ISO 5167, AGA-3, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.34, and MSS SP-55 standards, this fitting is built for high-integrity custody transfer and process measurement applications.
All fittings include a complete documentation package with hydro-tests, valve seal tests, liquid dye penetration tests, and quality inspection reports. Optional NDT testing (radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle) and material certifications are also available.
